can’t stop listening to jimmy eat world…
So I made a twitter now too, but really, I’m never even going to use these things, probably, so it’s pretty pointless.
Celtics game last night was amazinggg. Too bad the ref’s were terrible.
Sox season coming up! I’m excited, especially since it’s been SO DEAD at uno’s and now there will actually be stuff to do, NEW UNIFORMS, ’80s jams (my favorite part), and we can just watch the game. It’s pretty sweet. Also we get way more shifts, which is good because I’ve only been getting like two every day. It’s rough.
Home for spring break, which is pretty sweet. But I need to spend this break doing work, unfortunately. But thursday is the OK Go concert with Caitlin at the Paradise! So that should be fun. Hopefully we can find a third person since we have an extra ticket? But I don’t know…
Also May 3rd is a rough time in my life. Tough choice—Bamboozle? Or The Audition at the webster? Bamboozle: It’s in New Jersey, which SUCKS, but taking back sunday will be there and I’ve never missed a show (yet) in the area, so I kind of feel obligated to go. A lot of other good people are going to be there too, but more so on saturday, and the 2 day tickets are sold out and let’s face it—I’m not made of money. Also just the fact that it’s in jersey. Kristen and I went two years ago and it was ROUGH. First of all, we woke up at like 6am hungover, which was really fun…then drove like 5 hours to Jersey, missed most of Brand New. I got the weirdest sunburn and almost lost my phone. The concerts were good but not really good enough to make that sort of effort haha but taking back sunday is always amazing so it WOULD be worth it. I wish I could just pick different bands from both days and make like a SUPER day and just do to that. And also it would be in like Boston, since Kristen and I literally almost died 17492 times driving back at like one am. Not so great. The Audition I’ve never missed in the area either, and their shows are always wicked fun, but I just don’t know. Also this concert would be way cheaper, and I always love going to the shadyville usa, aka Hartford, CT.
I really need to go to a good concert soon, though. I’m getting antsy. It’s been too long, but not really. Last concert was Four Year Strong on like December 28th or something like that. They were amazing, but we got there wicked late so we couldn’t work our way onto the floor, which kind of sucked. The OK Go concert I’m not even excited about, really. Caitlin got the tickets for us for my birthday when I didn’t even listen to them…awesome present? haha just kidding, it will definitely be fun because I realized that I do listen to them, I just didn’t know who it was.
That’s all I can think of right now. I wish Mike’s break was this week and not next week so we could see Watchmen NOW instead of like friday. Rough life I’m leading…
